To prepare your herbal tea, simply Add your blend of herbs (1 Tbsp) to a teapot with a strainer or a tea steeper.
Pour over 2 cups of hot water cover and let it steep for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes pour your tea into a cup, and sweeten with honey, if desired. Enjoy!
